Laura’s Crumb Cake is baked from scratch to fill your order using the highest grade ingredients.  There are never any artificial ingredients or preservatives.  Everything is all-natural and always fresh.

You should enjoy my crumb cake on the day you receive it and for several days to follow.   It comes wrapped to ensure freshness and will remain fresh so long you press all the air out when you tightly close the wrapping.  You almost never have to throw away a morsel because a gentle warming in the oven or microwave will bring it back to incredible life!

Laura’s Crumb Cake can be kept in the refrigerator to prolong its freshness.  It can also be frozen for up to two months.  If freezing, it should be tightly wrapped in a freezer bag, then tightly in aluminum foil and, then into a second freezer bag.  It is best if defrosted in the refrigerator overnight before unwrapping.  There have been a few occasions where I had a surprise visitor and popped the frozen cake into the microwave for a gentle warming and have been pleasantly surprised with the delicious result!

Just a note:  because powdered sugar melts if it gets too warm, a fresh dusting of powdered sugar may be necessary after warming.
